As Member of Parliament for Nunavut, I would like to take this special opportunity to acknowledge the many influential women throughout Nunavut and across the North.

As mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, cousins and friends, we can all reflect upon the great impact women have had in shaping our Canada and making a difference in our world.
